• Your store must be located outside areas where we already have an existing stockists.

• Offer is available to physical retail stores only (not online-only stores, markets, or resellers).

• Minimum first order value: AUD $150 (product subtotal, excluding GST and shipping).

• Payment methods: Credit card or direct deposit only (PayPal, Afterpay, and credit terms are not accepted).

Important Terms:

• You must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

• If approved, goods must be returned within 7 calendar days of our return confirmation email. Tracking details must be provided within this period.

• Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

• Failure to return the goods within the required period will be deemed acceptance of the goods, and the order will be considered final sale.

Return Conditions:

• Goods must be returned unused, unopened, in original, sellable condition, with all original swing tags and packaging intact.

• Display & Usage Restrictions:
  ➔ Products must not be displayed, tested for sale, or sold before a final decision is made regarding return eligibility.
  ➔ Items found to have been used for display, sale, or missing tags will be ineligible for refund or credit.

Refund Method:

➔ Refunds will be issued as either store credit or money back (excluding all shipping costs both ways), depending on your preference.
