Paying Securely with Credit Card

At Taylor Hill Scarves & Co., your privacy and security are important to us. When you choose to pay by credit card, please note that we do not store any card details on our website or internal systems when details are provided manually. This is for your protection.

We accept Visa and Mastercard (sorry, AMEX is not accepted).
Our secure online payments gateway are processed via NAB (National Australia Bank).

For your security, we strongly recommend logging into your account and making payment online rather than providing card details via phone or email. This minimises the risk of a data breach.

If you do prefer to pay manually by calling or emailing, please note that these details are not stored in our system and are handled with utmost care.

If logging in to your online account to pay, once your payment is complete, simply send us a quick email to confirm – we’ll take care of the rest!

 

Steps to Pay Online:

1. Log in to your account via our website. If you have problem with your login details please contact us by phone 0435 336 552 option 1 or email accounts@taylorhillscarves.com.au 
   
   

    

2. Go to My Orders. Identify the order you want to pay and click pay
   
   

    

3. Click Pay Now. Select the preferred payment method (Mastercard or Visa only, no Amex, Afterpay or Paypal), insert the amount and click Continue Payment
   
   

   
    

4. Fill in your credit card details, payment details and Click confirm.
   
   

   
    

5. Submit and you’re done!
