How to place your order
Please proceed to checkout and select “Direct Deposit” as your payment option.
Once we receive your order:

You are welcome to call us if you’d like to clarify how you wish to proceed, or

We may contact you to confirm your payment preference before finalising your invoice
This allows us to:

confirm whether you intend to pay in full by 26 February (10% discount), or
-
remain on 30-day account terms (5% discount)
Once confirmed, we will amend your order accordingly and email you a revised invoice.
This process helps:

avoid confusion around discounts

prevent multiple invoice revisions

ensure your order is processed correctly and efficiently
Please do not worry if your discount is not shown immediately — it will be applied once payment timing is confirmed.
2. Later Delivery (Important)

Later delivery is allowed, even if your order is paid in full by 26 February

You do not need to take delivery by 26 February to receive the full 10% discount

Discount eligibility is based on payment timing, not delivery timing
3. Later Delivery Orders (If Not Paid by 26 Feb)
If delivery is scheduled for a later date and payment is not made by 26 February:

5% discount applies to products only

No additional 5% applies

6. Customers on 30-Day Accounts

Standard account terms receive 5% off products

If you would like the full 10% discount:

7. Delivery Timing
